You know those days when you are feeling really
good? Those days when all feels right and somehow easy and you just feel like you're in your element? You wish you could feel that good every day and might even wonder why you don't. So, what if you could?
As women, there are many things that can pull our attention away from ourselves so that we lose touch with our sense of our own power. We might have successful careers, relationships and families, but we feel we always have to be "on" and we eventually feel depleted, compromising our own energy and self-care for the sake of those around us.
For some of us, we're still holding back a big part of ourselves that feels safer to keep hidden than to show to the world. We wish
we could feel confident enough to put ourselves out there more in a bigger way, but something always seems to stop us and when we don't quite make it over that hurdle, our self-esteem and courage take another hit.
We may not be aware of what is keeping us in these places and we may even end up projecting
the persona we want to show or we think people want to see. Whether it's at work, in our personal relationships or pursuing our deepest desires...what if we could trust the inherent knowing and power inside of us, let go of the fears and doubts that block us, stop projecting, and fully claim all of ourselves? What if we could be happy at work, have passionate and mutually fulfilling relationships, enjoy our daily lives, and have the relaxed energy we need to do it all?
